• After the deposit is received, Lomand Wood will start crafting your furniture as per your order.

3. Final Payment & Delivery:

• When your furniture is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a notification to complete the remaining 50% payment.

• Upon receiving the final payment, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

This payment system ensures a smooth and secure process for both you and Lomand Wood.

The production time for furniture at Lomand Wood varies based on the quantity and type of items ordered:

• Regular Orders: For individual items or smaller orders, production generally takes 7 to 15 days, depending on design complexity, size, and material availability.

• Container Orders: For bulk orders filling a full container, production typically requires around 45 days. The exact timeframe depends on the type of items, quantity, and design specifications.

Lomand Wood is dedicated to providing accurate production time estimates and completing orders efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality.

At Lomand Wood, order cancellations are accepted as long as production has not yet begun. In these cases, the full down payment (DP) will be refunded without any deductions.

This policy gives customers the flexibility to reconsider their orders before production starts, ensuring a complete refund of their deposit.

To optimize shipping costs for our customers, Lomand Wood primarily utilizes local trucking or cargo expedition services. This approach helps keep transportation expenses low, with the buyer responsible for the shipping fees.

   • Foam (Optional): At the customer’s request and for an additional fee, we can include foam padding for extra cushioning, providing enhanced protection against potential damage.
